Warranty
Avro Tools are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Warranty covers defective material and workmanship only
Warranty does not cover
Tool failure due to normal wear and tear
Tool failure due to improper use or maintenance, (ie: inadequate filtration and or lubrification, the use of rivet hammer without a rivet set present).
Tool failure; due to misuse, abuse, modification or accident.
The repair of a tool, if the tool has been dismantled or attempted repairs undertaken by anyone, other than Avro Tools, or an authorized repair depot.
Tungsten bucking bars- due to the type of material and porosity issues that occur in pressed and sintered powdered metals
Warranty procedure
When a repair under warranty is required, please contact Avro Tools to obtain a Return Authorization number. Once obtained, return goods freight prepaid to Avro Tools, clearly stating this number on all packaging and paperwork. If the tool is deemed warranty eligible Avro undertakes to repair and return the tool to the customer in good working order.
Avro Tools makes no other warranty and the company’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the tool. In no event shall the company be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages of any nature arising from the sale, or use of the product whether by contact or otherwise.
