Warranty

Avro Tools are warranted for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Warranty covers defective material and workmanship only.

WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER :

Tool failure due to improper use or maintenance, (i.e. inadequate filtration and/or lubrication, the use of a rivet hammer without a rivet set present).

Tungsten Bucking Bars are not covered under warranty due to the type of material and porosity issues that occur in pressed powdered metals.

Tool failure due to normal wear and tear.

Tool failure due to abuse, misuse, modification or accident.

The repair of a tool, if the tool has been dismantled, or attempted repairs undertaken by anyone, other than Avro Tools, or an authorized repair depot.

When returning tools for warranty inspection; ship the complete tool Transportation Prepaid to Avro Tools or the nearest authorized repair depot. A purchase receipt (invoice) or other proof that the tool is within the warranty period must accompany the tool. Whenever possible please give a brief description of the problem.

AVRO TOOLS makes no other warranty, and the company’s maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the tool. In no event shall the company be liable for any consequential, indirect, incidental or special damages of any nature arising from the sale, or use of the product whether by contract or otherwise.
